No appointment is necessary. Walk-ins are welcome Monday–Friday and Saturday 9AM–1PM at 4731 N Central Ave, Phoenix. Evening appointments are also available — just call or text us to schedule.

Most sessions take just 10–15 minutes from start to finish — super fast! You'll leave with your fingerprint card(s) ready to submit to your agency or licensing board. Processing time by the agency typically takes 5–15 business days depending on the agency.

Live Scan is the modern digital, inkless method — fingerprints are captured electronically and submitted to your agency the same day. Ink prints use traditional FD-258 cards that are physically submitted. Your employer or licensing board will specify which they require.

You need a valid, government-issued photo ID — a driver's license, state ID card, or passport. It must be current and not expired.

An Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card is issued by Arizona DPS and required for many licensed professions including teachers, childcare workers, healthcare aides, foster parents, and state-licensed professionals working with vulnerable populations.

IVP stands for Identity Verified Prints. It is a specific Live Scan process required to apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card. Mandatory for teachers, school staff, childcare workers, foster and adoptive parents, and DCS employees.

Live Scan starts at $30. Note: Live Scan fingerprints are captured digitally here in our office, but are not submitted electronically to AZ DPS — you'll take your fingerprint card/report to submit to your agency. Arizona DPS rolling fees are separate and always disclosed upfront before you pay. No surprises, ever!

In the rare event prints are rejected for quality issues, we will re-fingerprint you at no additional charge. We take quality seriously and capture every print carefully.

Yes, we provide fingerprinting for all ages. For minors under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present and provide consent during the appointment.

ATF Form 4 fingerprinting is required for NFA firearms transfers (suppressors, short-barreled rifles, machine guns). We provide ink-rolled prints on two FD-258 cards meeting ATF submission requirements.
